All Bharat PG admission in Medical Colleges are done through the the Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India, New Delhi. For all process of admission of 50% all India quota, 85% seats of Deemed to be University and 15% seats of Deemed to be university NRI seats all students are informed to visit web page here

Thumb Rule - After second round, no student is permitted to resign from seat. So take decision tactfully and with clear mind. Ask some one's help for taking proper decision. Keep in mind each branch of medical is excellent, just you need to excel in your branch.

All students are requested to fill online admission form and process on their own. Dont take anyone's help which may be dangerous.

MCC/ DGHS takes no responsibility regarding the above information including Fees/ Bond/ Mode of Payment or any typographical error/ data etc. Candidates are advised to visit College website or contact the College Authorities directly for any query regarding above information before filling choices. Choices once locked cannot be modified and any request to MCC/DGHS regarding tinkering of choices will not be entertained.

Students are advised to confirm their eligibility/domicile status before registering on MCC website for Institutional Quota seats of Central Universities/Institutes/ Deemed University before opting for their seats.

College fee structure is very much confusing for some college. So students have to inquire before hand. Such cases are important to know before hand. Government and MCC is not taking any responsibility of above areas. 

Few definitions

Clear-cut vacancies- The seats which have not been allotted in Round 1.

Virtual Vacancies- Any Candidate who has been allotted a seat in Round 1 and has opted for up-gradation in Round 2, that allotted seats of Round 1 will be shown as virtual vacancy in Round 2 and Candidates can fill the said seat during the choice filling in Round 2. However, such seats will be allotted in Round 2 if the allottee of Round 1 vacates/upgrades in Round 2.

New Vacancies- Fresh seats for which letter of permission has been issued by NMC/DCI for the first time and were not added in Round 1. 

Now various categories of admission -

1. 50% All Bharat Quota

These seats are open seats and domicile free seats for all states including J & K as per availability - 50% all Bharat quota, 50% BHU seats, 50% AMU and 50% of All Bharat quota of Delhi University and Central University. 

Reservation Policy of the Central Government for the NEET-PG Counselling in All India Quota is as follows: 

S.C.- 15%

S.T.- 7.5%

O.B.C.- (Non-Creamy Layer) as per the Central OBC list- 27%

EWS- as per Central Government norms- 10%

PwD- Horizontal Reservation as per NMC norms- 5%

There are only 2 round of admission. After 2nd round vacant seats will be given to state government and they will fill as per state rules. 

2. Deemed University admission

All four rounds of admission will be done by MCC only. Round 1 & Round 2 with AIQ, Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round. Out of the four rounds, three rounds will be conducted online by MCC i.e. Round 1, Round 2 and Mop-Up Round.

The Stray Vacancy round will be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities for which the list of registered Candidates for the Stray Vacancy round will be forwarded by the MCC to the respective Deemed Universities

15% NRI reservation is applicable in these colleges. 

The Candidates claiming under NRI category have to submit the following documents as and when the same are called for by the MCC:

Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).

Relationship of NRI with the candidate blood relation means father, mother or sister or brother of father mother or own. 

Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized.

Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer (Certificate from the Consulate).

NEET Score Card of the candidate.

There will be no reservation for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/EWS candidates in Deemed Universities. 

There might be reservation for Jain Minority or Muslim Minority in certain deemed universities.

3. Arm Force Medical Service quota

Candidates who desire to participate in AFMS Counseling will be required to register on the MCC portal i.e. www.mcc.nic.in.

The list of registered candidates will be sent to AFMS Authorities for conducting counseling at their own end as per their rules and regulations of AFMS Authorities.

The role of MCC is limited to registration of the willing Candidates only.

MCC shall not be responsible for any allotment made by or on behalf of the AFMS Authorities.

4. Central University / Institutes

AMU, BHU, CIP Ranchi - 100% seats by MCC and domicile free

DU and IP University and Central Institute - VMMC & SJH; ABVIMS & RML; ESIC, Basaidarapur where 50% all india quota and 50% state quota

5. Admission in DNB seats

There will be four rounds of counseling i.e. Round 1, Round 2 in AIQ, Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round.

All the candidates who have qualified NEET PG conducted by NBE will be eligible.

There will be no reservation in Private DNB Colleges.

The reservation policy for the Govt. institutes /Colleges seats contributed by DNB will be of the Central Government
