They are inviting aplication for the admission of NRI or NRI sponsor seats at their colleges. they have devised the method of admission for NRI and Management quota. But at present admission announced for NRI quota.
NRI/NRI sponsored quota admission for I MBBS in academic year 2015 Seats and Tuition Fees of respective Institutes for 2015 are as under

Candidates seeking admission should have completed 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission. Under aged candidates are not eligible to apply
Eligibility: The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually and must have obtain minimum 50% together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination. The relevant MCI, Government of Gujarat and Admission Committee rules will apply

NRI students who have passed qualifying examination from Countries other than India and other International Boards and have secured a minimum of grades equivalent to 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in High School Diploma qualifying examination, equivalent to 10 + 2 education pattern should obtain and produce “Equivalence Certificate” from Association of Indian Universities, AIU House, Kotla Marg, New Delhi – 110002. This is a mandatory requirement, except CBSE Board. (Genuine NRI please Refer to table below for reference only).

A candidate desiring admission should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) or any other examination equal to 10 + 2 HSC examination of any recognized Board/University from any school / college situated in Gujarat after 12 years of study at one and same attempt, as per regulation in force

Admission on the Non-Resident Indian seats shall be given by the Consortium on the basis of merit list of the candidates who have applied for admission in the following manner, namely:- (i) The candidate who is Non-Resident Indian as also the candidate whose parents and in the absence of his/her parents, his/her legal guardian who is NonResident Indian, shall be offered the Non-Resident Indian quota of seats in the order of preference; (a) Merit list of NRI who are domicile of Gujarat. (b) Merit list of NRI who are not domicile of Gujarat. (i) And thereafter, the Non-Resident Indian seats, if remains vacant, shall be offered to the candidate who is dependant of the Non-Resident Indian; in the order of preference (c) Merit list of dependent NRI who are domicile of Gujarat. (d) Merit list of dependent NRI who are not domicile of Gujarat. (ii) The candidate whose guardian is Non-Resident Indian shall have to produce necessary proof to the satisfaction of the College establishing that in the absence of his/her parents, the concerned person has been legally appointed as his /her guardian; and , (iii) The candidate who is dependent of the Non-Resident Indian shall have to produce necessary proof in support thereof to the satisfaction of the College

GCS Medical College Ahmedabad NRI admission 2015

Gujarat Cancer Society runs with full support of Government of Gujarat. It is also running medical college in ahmedabad. It is semi-government and has 23 NRI medical seats.
They are inviting application form interested students for NRI admission under various categories. the last date of application is 20th July 2015.

A candidate seeking admission to the M.B.B.S. course in First Year in this college on NRI Quota seats must submit his application in writing in the prescribed form. The form can be downloaded from College's website : www.gcsmc.org and is required to submitted at the office of the Dean with Rs. 13,000/- [form fee, processing fee and scrutiny fees ] by Cheque (CBS), Pay order or Demand Draft. The Medical Council of India norms.
 (i) A candidate shall be Non-Resident Indian, or (ii) his/her parents or in absence of his/her parents, his/her legal guardian shall be Non Resident Indian, or (iii) he/she shall be dependent of Non Resident Indian for the educational purposes and shall have necessary proof/evidence in support of his dependent.
Bonafide NRI students and other students (boards other than GHSEB, CBSE, ICSE etc.) shall be required to produce equivalence certificate, from the Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar or Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (www.aiuweb.org), his/her passing the qualifying examination of the country to which such examination relates

Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences Society Bhuj - NRI admission 2015

GAIMS, Bhuj is inviting application from candidate seeking admission to the M.B.B.S. course in First Year in this college on NRI Quota seats. He/she must submit his/her application in writing in the prescribed form. The form can be downloaded from Institute’s website : www.gaims.ac.in and is required to submitted at the Admission Office of GAIMS in Ahmedabad with Rs.15,000/- processing fee in cash / Demand Draft. The form, duly filled and signed, together with two self-addressed envelopes with necessary postage tickets, submitted Personally (Between 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM Except Sunday and Public Holiday) or through Registered Post so as to reach the Admission Office of GAIMS at Ahmedabad on or before the prescribed last date 25-7-2015.
Demand Draft, it should be payable to "GUJARAT ADANI INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES" at Ahmedabad.

ELIGIBILITY
(i) A candidate shall be Non-Resident Indian, or
(ii) his/her parents or in absence of his/her parents, his/her legal guardian shall be Non Resident Indian, or
(iii) he/she shall be dependent of Non Resident Indian for the educational purposes and shall have necessary proof/evidence in support of his dependent

A candidate shall have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the Academic Year for which the admission are being conducted. Provided that in case of underage candidate, he/she may be granted admission at the time of counseling but his/her academic term shall start from the day when he/she completes 17 years of age and his/her term in the concerned Professional Medical Educational College or Institution shall commence after completion of age of 17 years.

For Bonafide NRI students, residing abroad, the qualifying examination for admission to the first MBBS course will be passing of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination or its equivalent examination (i.e. XII standard) of science stream of the respective country abroad. The study should comprise of Physics, Chemistry, & Biology. The candidate should have secured minimum 50% marks (as per Medical Council of India norms)

Bonafide NRI students shall be required to produce equivalence certificate, from the Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar or Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi of his/her passing the qualifying examination of the country to which such examination relates.

Similarly “Migration Certificate” should be obtained from KSKV Kachchh University by the NRI student who have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination or its Equivalent Examination of Science Stream from India, but conducted by Higher Secondary Examination Board of respective State other than Gujarat Higher Secondary Examination Board, before seeking admission to the college.

The candidate whose guardian is Non Resident Indian shall have to produce necessary proof to the satisfaction of the concerned Admission Committee of Institute, establishing that in the absence of his/her parents, the concerned person has been legally appointed as his/her guardian.

The candidate who is dependent of Non Resident Indian shall have to produce necessary proof of relationship in support thereof to the satisfaction of the concerned Admission Committee of Institute.

Before applying for the admission, the candidate should satisfy himself/herself that qualifying examination passed by him/her is equivalent to the examination required for admission as in Rules. In event the student does not fulfill the eligibility criteria including the minimum percentage of marks, the application will be rejected without any notice thereof.

MERIT LIST Admission on the Non-Resident Indian seats shall be given by the management of the respective Professional Medical Educational College or Institution on the basis of inter-se merit list of the candidates (total theory marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject only), who have applied for admission against the Non-Resident Indian seats in the following manner, namely:-

(a) Merit list of Genuine NRI, who are domicile of Gujarat.
(b) Merit list of Genuine NRI, who are not domicile of Gujarat.
(c) Merit list of dependent NRI, who are domicile of Gujarat.
(d) Merit list of dependent NRI, who are not domicile of Gujarat.

The merit order will be decided on the basis of theory marks in external examination of the science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Biology at HSCE or its equivalent examination.
